Today's episode sees us looking at the Nintendo 1980 game called Computer TV Game which was a home console port of the previously released and successful arcade version of the game Othello in 1978. This console differed from the previous 4 Color TV Games because it was monochrome (green), housed with an actual arcade motherboard and was extremely expensive, costing 85,000 Yen at that time, compared to the Color TV Game Racing 112 which cost a mere 5,000 Yen. You may appreciate the reason this was unlikely to be a retail success and why it is so extremely rare to find nowadays.
