This New Deck is the #1 Way to Play Morgana - Legends of Runeterra

This Standard Riven & Morgana deck puts your opponents in jail. Immobalize them with curses or stun them with shield vault and sunhawk to create easy ways to attack. Riven's blade fragments will level up Morgana extreme fast for some extra burn and unit damage when necessary too. When I played this deck it had 60% overall winrate and does FANTASTIC into Elder Dragon decks.
