Teaching Intraoral Self-Massage

Two basic methods of contacting the inside of the jaw that can be taught to patients/clients, and some principles to guide the work.

Don’t do this to others without a license. Do unto yourself with care, or injury may result. Don’t do this if the mouth/jaw has an acute injury, infection, or post-surgical healing process.
