UFO is one of the most rare POWERMOVES. It's not the one your parents think of at least when they think about Breaking. That's why it's part of our ADVANCED tutorials. You need to be a bit comfortable with a few things..
1. One of the basic powermoves called the TURTLE. Why? It's for the rhythm of your hand movement.
2. If you got FLARE down can help cause you need some core strength.
3. Not to forget, the EASYROCK, to make our speed.

At first you will feel that you can't maintain the rhythm in your hands. This is what's most important. Don't worry about your legs scraping the floor every now and then, just try and keep the rhythm for as long as you can.

Your wrist will go through a rough time so stretch it out. And just like practicing all the other powermoves, you need to do it a couple times a day and you'll get it.
