Dr. Rowe shows easy exercises for a frozen shoulder that can be done at home.

Frozen shoulder, or adhesive capsulitis, is when scar tissue builds in a shoulder joint. This significantly reduces range of motion, and can cause pains all around the shoulder, shoulder blades (scapula), and arm.

These exercises are focused on helping improve mobility and lessen pain over time. As a bonus, they can all be done at home and require no special equipment.
