Nadan Food Vlog 74: Actually this has nothing to do with Nadan food... except that the food is served in our Kerala nadu. The food that we enjoyed at Ucharakadavu in Malappuram was a perfect Arabian cuisine - Chicken Zurubiyan and Beef Zurubiyan.

Restaurant:
This restaurant that served Arabic tastes was a suggestion from one of our Food N Travel subscribers - Santhosh. The restaurant that is located close to the Ucharakadavu Bridge is not so great in ambiance or size (a small budget restaurant). However, when I tasted the first handful of rice and chicken meat, I was sure that the chef's 45 years of Arabian cooking expertise played the major part.
Zurbiyan, though I said in the video that it is not just a Biriyani, it is in fact a variant of Biriyani that is commonly found in Yemen and other Arabian states.
The real Yemeni Zurbiyan (Surbiya) is much similar to Hyderabadi Biriyani which is cooked with meat (Beef, Chicken, or Mutton) and Potato. However, in Miya Miya, the Zurbiyan was slightly modified.
