Some Important Things to keep in mind while making the coffee👇
(Ground coffee does not dissolve in water --- the coffee is extracted by passing hot water through the
grounds ----just like how you get tea from leaves). French press is one equipment that is used to get liquid
coffee from coffee grounds. Our ground coffee is available in 3 variants, Classico, Cremoso and Intenso

You need to add 15gms of coffee ----that is 2-3 tablespoons (not teaspoons) if the coffee does not have a
dark colour --- the brewing is wrong. Coffee should be dark brown.


How to brew Coffeeza Ground Coffee Using a French Press:
• Boil water (use hot water only)
• Add coffee grounds into the French Press - For every 200ml of water, add 15-18gms of coffee
grounds (do not add small quantity like instant coffee, the brewing will be bad then).
• Pour hot water into the French press and stir (always coffee grounds first, then water)
• Finally close the lid tight ----- and wait for 4 mins
• After that Press & Pour — Gently press the plunger all the way down (very slowly). Pour the black
coffee into your coffee mug. (Do not remove the lid and plunger while pouring or else all coffee
grounds will fall into the cup; it must be closed always, as the filter will hold the grounds down)
Those, who like black coffee can drink it just like that, or add little sugar. If you want to add milk you can
do it in the final cup. ( do not add anything in the French press, only coffee and hot water there)
These are some common mistakes, so kindly avoid them:
• Do not add milk into the French Press
• Do not add sugar In the French Press
• Do not remove the lid when pouring or else all grounds will fall into the cup
• Do not add room temperature water ----or else coffee will not brew
• Do not add 1-2 teaspoons of ground coffee --- you need much more.
