Mini Project: Bedside Table Drawer Organization

When I need motivation in the organization department I turn to a mini project, something simple that I can easily accomplish without spending too much time or money. I usually choose a high traffic area so the effects of my organizational efforts are immediately and constantly felt. Works like a charm every time! What do you do to motivate yourself?
