Linux Hardening- Setting Quotas

Описание к видео Linux Hardening- Setting Quotas

In this video I harden security measures on a Linux server by setting user account quotas on the filesystem partitions. Quotas can be used as a disk management tool to restrict the amount of disk space to which specific users can write. It is enabled by editing the /etc/fstab file. I then test the quota system by trying to create a file as large as the quota limit and then check the quota reports to verify the settings and status.
