Ann Esquibel Redman is retired as an administrative assistant for state government. During her career, Ann created opportunities across the state to empower and activate young Latinx students to overcome adversity to make a positive impact in their futures. She has launched highly successful programs in Wyoming such as the WY Latina Youth Conference and the college scholarship program, Hispanic Organization for Progress and Education (HOPE). In 2017, Ann Redman received the Woman of Influence Lifetime Achievement Award from the Wyoming Business Report.
