Recipe:
Servings 3 - 4
cooking time 30 -40 mins,
Temp 200C | 390F

100g (3.5oz) of Ham
3 Shallots
150g (5oz) of Gruyere or Guda
300ml (1.2 cups) of heavy cream, or Half Cream, Half Milk.
2 whole eggs, and 1 egg yolk
Handful of fresh Parsley
1 pie crust.
Salt to taste
