ADHD and Reptile Keeping

Good Morning, Reptilians! ADHD can be difficult, especially when you need to do things like cleaning tanks, or any tasks really (at least, it is for me). So this is just a video about things that help me out when keeping reptiles. I’m not great at this, (probably not even GOOD at managing it) so PLEASE leave tips in the comments below (if you feel comfortable doing that of course).

And sorry I look so awkward so many times in this video, apart from just generally being an awkward person, any sort of mental health topics are always so awkward for me to talk about (yay for imposter syndrome).
