Dybbuk Box - Haunted or Hoax? The Incredible Story Behind 'The Most Haunted Item in the World'

The Dybbuk box is allegedly one of the most haunted items in the world. In a nutshell it’s ‘just’ an antique wine-cabinet claimed to be haunted by a dybbuk, which is a concept of a specific demon from Judaism. A dybbuk is a bit of very esoteric Jewish lore about a person dying with unfinished business, whose soul then attaches itself to a living person, has them finish said business, then detaches and goes to the afterlife. The original Dybbuk Box was purchased in 2001 by Kevin Mannis, a professional writer and furniture refurbisher, in an estate sale. Later it ended up in Zak Bagans (Ghost Adventures) Haunted Museum in Las Vegas, where it still can be found today. In this video I look at the history around the haunted box and examine the evidence whether it’s really haunted or a hoax.
