Techstorm XRX DPA Full Length Build/Assembly

Full XRX assembly start to finish. One thing I found out the hard was is only small diameter motors work in the high motor mount position with the stock pinion, larger motors like the Atomic one I’m using will need a 21-25t pinion gear to make proper gear mesh. You can get around this by using the low motor mount but thought I should mention this.

My thoughts so far on the XRX is it’s a solid 4.5 out of 5. My only real issues have been isolated to the rear differential housing’s screw holes, the two on the bottom that secure the housing to the chassis plate were completely striped out from the factory & the holes for the shock tower where super rough but I got her assembled. I need time to tune & play with the car but so far the quality has been outstanding & I love the chassis. I especially appreciated how well TechStorm assembled the pre built parts for us, it was almost shocking to see all the work they put into each kit.

I feel like this chassis has the most potential out of all my girls!!
