Waking Up At 5:00am For Uni: how I stay organised, cramming lectures & uni morning routine ⊹ ࣪ ˖

this was filmed last week, I wanted to try to fix my sleeping schedule a bit after a lot of late nights through my midterm period ... it's a work in progress! I go through phases where I like to wake up at 5am but often I struggle to fall asleep early enough, so if it's also difficult for you to maintain a schedule like this I wouldn't recommend it! I usually do it for a few days to kick start a positive change, but if it's pushing me too much and I am not sleeping enough I won't force myself to wake up early. I will be on summer break soon (I live in australia so the seasons are flipped!) so hopefully with a less rigorous academic schedule I can try to make habits like this last while maintaining good health and still feeling positive about it :) I suppose what I'm trying to say is, healthy habits are good but if they are stressing you out and you are unable to keep up with them, perhaps they are not as healthy as they seem. in my opinion, healthy habits are ones that should make you feel good about yourself and you enjoy upholding, and shouldn't stress you out! hope that makes sense ♡
