1. Bread Moong Dal Nashta
Ingredients
• 5-6 Bread Slices
• 1 1/2 cup or 250 grams Moong Dal
• 1 cup Beaten rice
• 100 gram yoghurt
• ¼ cup Onion, finely chopped
• ¼ cup Tomato, finely chopped
• ¼ cup carrot, finely chopped
• 3-4 pcs Green chillies, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
• ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
• Freshly chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt according to taste
• 2 tbsp Sesame seed
• 2-3 tsp Oil

For tempering:
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seed
• 1/2 tsp Mustard Seed
• Few sprig of Curry leaves
• 2 pcs Dry red chilly
• 2 tsp oil

2. Veg Poha Cutlet
Ingredients
• 200g Poha (flattened rice)
• 1 small size carrot
• ¼ cup chopped beans
• ½ small size cabbage
• ¼ cup chopped spring onion
• 1 medium size onion
• Salt to taste
• ¼ cup peas, boiled
• 2-3 medium-sized potatoes, boiled
• ¼ cup coriander leaves
• 2-3 tsp chili flakes
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
• 2-3 chopped green chilies

To Make slury:
• 3-4 tbsp Corn flour
• 3-4 tbsp all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp Salt or as required
• Water as required

For coating:
• Bread Crumbs

3. Poha Balls
Ingredients:
For the Dough:
• 1 cup flattened rice
• 1 grated potato
• ¼ cup semolina
• 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• Water as required

For the Tempering:
• 1 tsp mustard seeds
• 1 tsp sesame seeds
• 7-8 curry leaves
• 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp ghee

4. Mix veg poha lollipop
Ingredients
• 200 g poha (flattened rice)
• 1 small size carrot
• ¼ cup chopped beans
• ½ small size cabbage
• ¼ cup chopped spring onion
• 1 medium size onion
• Salt to taste
• ¼ cup peas , boiled
• 2-3 medium-sized potatoes , boiled
• ¼ cup coriander leaves
• 2-3 tsp chili flakes
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
• 2-3 chopped green chilies

For coating
• Sesame seeds as needed
