GATWICK ZONE TRANSIT ATC RT CALLS

This short video will help you understand the radio traffic and calls to be made when asking for a zone transit of Class Delta airspace. A training flight made from Damyns Hall overhead Biggin Hill ATZ and then over Gatwick Airport on route to Sandown on the Isle of Wight.

Observe the position of the aircraft on the ipad as it moves through controlled airspace.
