Agadir, Morocco, cow feet are a Moroccan food known as Fakech. When the Moroccan restaurant is out of cow feet, known as frakech, an American living in Morocco tries Moroccan Mutton head for the first time. Mutton head, or lahem ras, is a popular dish at Eid al Adha. This holiday involves the sacrifice of a goat or sheep. The whole animal is consumed. The sheep's head in Morocco was something the American was not accustomed too. A Slovenian living in Morocco eats lahem ras for the first time with no problem.

Khalid, who comes from Tamri, Morocco invited us for cow's feet in Agadir Morocco to make a video of a different Moroccan food we have not tried. We were in for a surprise in Moroccan street food. At the Anza souk we have seen these parts of animals being sold, but today we take a trip in Moroccan cuisine as we dive into Lahem Ras.
