Kaamulan Festival 2023

Sure it has been a while!! This time, we'll be experiencing the events at "Kaamulan Festival".

The Kaamulan Festival is a cultural event in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, which brings together the seven indigenous groups of the Bukidnon province. It started as a small gathering in 1974 and has since grown to become one of the biggest festivals in Mindanao. The festival features actual tribespeople, making it the only ethnic festival in the Philippines. The festival culminates with a street dancing competition and ground presentation. As part of a media tour, the writer attended the festival and witnessed a cultural presentation the night before the grand parade, followed by the parade itself the next day, which was a vivid explosion of ethnic diversity with dancers dressed in traditional attire and costumed performers.
