Itsuru with her unique relic set of tassel + either silk or harp at ssr1~ssr2 grade and a FoW at LB3 on her main weapon slot are the minimum requirements to have her as the relay dmg dealer seriously. She is the prefered ninja in my case because her weapon skill FoW hits very fast, is on point as long as you have some sense of aiming in comparison to the Dragon Bread Brush, and better overall in timed events.
DFK can be your relay ninja to finish off Zanshin too but unless you have a Woven Flame that's at LB3 or higher, it's probably not gonna be enough to finish in 5~6 weapon skills and 2 jutsus in total.
Other relic requirements for this are: At least 1 master mystique and thunder dragon sheath at r3, a nioh or two at r2/3, kamaitachi contract r3, and a variety between crystal soul, crimson soul, or devileye ring at r1/r2 to fill in the slots and power up your starter/relay ninja for battle.
Altervative option is a Daruma - Princess at ss grade at least. The higher the better. (I myself am working on upgrading mine from r1 to r2 the moment I get the materials cause I have sufficient Princess recipes already).

*With an account similar in strength to mine, you can probably beat Zanshin with 2 jutsus and 5.5 weapon skills estimate under 2 minutes and 30ish seconds on average.
*With a fairly built Morven and depending on how strong he and your relay (either Itsuru or DFK) is with their corresponding weapons (or Woven Flame in the case for users with a perk 5/6 DFK instead of Itsuru as your starter/relay ninja), that time can be reduced by up to 20 extra seconds (2m20s ~ 2m), and potentially enter the realm that's less than 2 minutes! Requiring 0.5~1 less of a weapon skill fired at him to clear = ^^;; 2 jutsus and exactly 5 weapon skills instead. 6~7 if your starter ninja (Being either DFK or Morven) and/or Itsuru is a little short on dps.
