We started by gathering the sun-ripened tomatoes and turning them into a deep, flavorful paste cooked slowly over an open fire—a patient process that takes a few days but fills the whole yard with the beautiful smell of tomatoes and smoke.

During the long cooking days, we also prepared Mirza Ghasemi, a rustic dish made with roasted eggplants, tomatoes, and eggs—full of countryside flavor. Later, we even roasted some potatoes right in the same fire—a simple, cozy moment in between our work.

This is not just about food—it’s about patience, tradition, and the quiet beauty of our countryside lifestyle
