Ingredients:
1 kg Salmon (Head & Backbone)
1 pack Sinigang Mix in Tamarind
1 bunch Pechay leaves
2 medium tomato
3 pieces green chili
1 red onion
5 cloves garlic
1 Medium thumb size ginger
2 to 3 tablespoons fish sauce or patis
Water
Salt & Pepper
