⭕ * CRIMINAL ARRESTED WITH STOLEN ITEMS, 01 STOLEN MOTORCYCLE & HOUSE BREAKING TOOLS, BY THE TEAM OF PS BINDAPUR, DWARKA DISTRICT.*


🔰 ACCUSED SUBRAT GUPTA IS PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN MORE THAN 15 CRIMINAL CASES AFTER ATTAINING 18 YEARS OF AGE.


🟡 BRIEF DETAILS OF THE INCIDENT:-

The Crack Team of PS Bindapur has successfully apprehended Subrat Gupta @ Rishu @ Teda S/o Tripurilal Gupta, aged 20 years, in connection with e-FIR No. 80095143/25, dated 08.10.2025, U/s 305/331(4)/317(2) BNS, PS Bindapur.

The accused was found in possession of stolen items including 2 Wrist watches, Earbuds, Power Bank, Smart motion detection bulbs, 1 motorcycle (DL9SBWXXXX), house-breaking tools, and clothes used in crime (seen in CCTV footage), all of which were recovered and seized at his instance.


🟡 INCIDENT:-

On 08.10.2025, PS Bindapur received information regarding a major theft at Jain Park, Uttam Nagar, where unknown suspects had unlawfully entered the residence of Raman Sharma R/o Jain Park and stolen valuable items. Acting on this intelligence, a dedicated crack team was immediately deployed.

The team inspected the crime scene, recorded statements and obtained CCTV footage from the locality. The footage revealed the accused entering and exiting the house during late night hours, providing crucial leads for investigation.


🟡 INFORMATION, TEAM & OPERATION:-

In line with the zero-tolerance policy as directed by the DCP/Dwarka District, a dedicated Crack Team of PS Bindapur comprising HC Neeraj No. 1950/DW, HC Deepak No. 701/DW, HC Rakesh No. 1357/DW, Ct. Rajesh Dagar No. 1387/DW, Ct. Ashish No. 1729/DW, under the direct supervision of Insp. Gulshan Nagpal, SHO/Bindapur and overall supervision of Sh. Rajkumar, ACP/Dabri, was constituted to track and apprehend the accused.

The team conducted a meticulous review of CCTV footage from multiple cameras in and around the area. Following intensive technical and human intelligence operations, the accused was successfully identified and apprehended within 24 hours of the incident.


🟡 INTERROGATION:-

During sustained interrogation, Subrat Gupta @ Rishu @ Teda admitted to committing the theft and disclosed the location where the stolen property was hidden.

At his instance, the following items were recovered and seized:
i. Two Wrist Watches
ii. Earbuds
iii. Power bank
iv. Smart Motion Detection Bulbs
v. 1 Motorcycle (DL9SBWXXXX)
vi. House-Breaking Tools
vii. Clothes Used in Crime (Verified from CCTV Footage)


🟡 PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSON:-

Subrat Gupta @ Rishu @ Teda S/o Tripurilal Gupta, R/O Nand Ram Park, Uttam Nagar, Delhi, aged 20 years.

The accused is a habitual offender, previously involved in more than 15 criminal cases after attaining 18 years and 05 cases during the juvenile period.
