AU: When Sam and Dean were younger they both had children. Allison is Dean's daughter and Lydia is Sam's daughter. Eventually they meet Cas and become a happy family. Until Dean starts to be affected by the mark. It is slowing tearing up their family. Allison soon notices that the same things are happening to Lydia and some how Lydia is being affected by the mark. Allison and Lydia then go on a journey to find a cure for the mark before its too late. In the process it destroys Allison and Lydia both mentally and physically. It then turns out to be to late and Dean is killed.
