Shanghai Disneyland has several walkthrough attractions which are really great because you can mostly take them at your own time. One of them we stumbled upon by chance because it's just billed as a kind of obstacle course attraction which is always busy with people and you may decide not to wait for it.
The hidden pathways are the walkways that go inside and round the mountain in the Challenge Trails attraction. If you don't want to do the Challenge trails, you'll just walk past this attraction, but what you probably didn't know is that you can enter and walk round a completely separate labyrinth of paths that take you up into the mountain, under waterfalls, over bridges and around the areas where people are tackling the obstacle course trails. And despite it being usually busy on the obstacle courses, it's almost deserted on the pathways - or was when we were there at night.

Before that:
1. We walk through the amazing Alice in Wonderland Maze in it's 2 parts, connected by a grotto under the Castle ramparts.
2. Walk up inside the Castle with the Sleeping Beauty story and a high up hidden courtyard. This attraction is like a guided tour and seems to be a little known attraction.
