Sprouts Curry - Raagi Muddha

Ingredients:-

Mixed sprouts- 2 cups (chana, peas,moong)
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli- 2
Cumin - 1/4 tsp
Saunf - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Onion- 2
Green chilli - 3
Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomatoes- 2
Coconut- Cashewnut paste(2-3 pieces)- 1 cup
Mint leaves- few sprigs
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - Pinch
Salt - To Taste
Water - As Required
Coconut Oil- 1 tb spn

Raagi Muddha

Ingredients:-

Raagi Rava - 1 cup
Water - 2.5
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp


Serve it with salad & 2 boiled eggs to make it a meal
