Hi loves!
I’m so excited about my hair growth! I’m currently seeing my dermatologist again after 12 years of not seeing one and things are going well. I have two different types of alopecia and I’m still praying on the right time to share that information.

Of course at home I scalp massage and wear my red light mask on my scalp. I also try to use shampoos and conditioners that are good for my scalp and hair. I avoid over oiling my scalp. I know people swear by a lot of oils but some oils irritate my scalp. Therefore, I use hair and scalp serums and oils (like pumpkin on my hair and very lightly on my scalp) that works for me.
I recently purchased Batana Oil but I haven’t tried it yet.

My dermatologist does cortisone shots monthly on my scalp and has me taking 2.5mg orally of minoxidil. And he highly recommends that I continue to take my Nutrafol vitamins (and I do).
