Youth vaping drops to lowest level in a decade

According to a report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Food and Drug Administration, youth vaping levels fell to the lowest levels in a decade. NBC News’ Berkeley Lovelace Jr., explains what’s behind the drop.
