In this edition of #thedailydoug, I'm looking at the classic song This Flight Tonight, written and performed by Joni Mitchell on her album, Blue, from 1971. In addition to Joni's beautiful version, we're also hearing the rock and roll cover version of the song as performed by the Scottish band Nazareth a few years later. The song works equally well in both contexts, I think. Which one do you prefer?
