Which Finance Graduate Scheme is Better: Goldman Sachs or J.P. Morgan?

I assess the Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan Finance Graduate Schemes and evaluate which scheme is better through discussing 5 important factors which are rotations, working hours & salary, professional qualifications, internal mobility and graduate network.
