Response actions are the sole responsibility of the Client/Agent and should be conducted in accordance with local, state, and/or federal requirements, and should be performed by appropriate trained and qualified personnel, as warranted. All Permits (if required),Police Details, Design Professional Oversight, Fees and required site preparation or control are the Client/Agent or Repair Vendor responsibility to Verify prior to start of any work.

Upon completion of all work the entire Fire Escape System shall be Certified by one of three methods acceptable to the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).

1. Certified by Load Test 2. Certified by Other Means of Strength 3. Certified by Opinion Affidavit.
