📋 Ingredients:
Rice Krispies® Squares:
• ¼ cup butter or margarine
• 5 cups miniature or 40 regular marshmallows
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
• 6 cups Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® cereal
Chocolate Dipped:
• 150g (~5oz) chocolate
• 1/3 cup Mini Milk Chocolate Candies

👨‍🍳 Instructions:
1. Lightly grease a 9x13” pan. Line with parchment paper for easy removal. Set aside.
2. Add butter or margarine and marshmallows to a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 45 second intervals, stirring in between until melted and smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract, if adding.
3. Add the Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® cereal. Stir until well coated.
4. Empty the bowl into the prepared 9x13” pan. Using buttered spatula, press into the pan. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before cutting into bars. Set aside.
5. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
6. Set aside 1/3 (50 g) of the chocolate. Place the remaining 2/3 (100 g) of chocolate in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave, uncovered, at high for 10 to 30 seconds more or until melted, stirring every 10 seconds. Stir in the remaining chopped chocolate pieces until smooth.
7. Carefully insert 1 candy stick into each of the Rice Krispies® cereal bars. Dip the bars into the melted chocolate covering the bottom half of each bar, shake lightly to allow any excess chocolate to drip off. Place on a wax-paper-lined baking sheet. Let stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes or until partially set (chocolate is still soft).
8. Decorate each bar by pressing milk chocolate candies into partially set chocolate. Return to a wax-paper-lined baking sheet. Let stand at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours until completely set.
