Bear spray changed our outdoor lives forever. Overland vs National Parks. Yellowstone, Grand Teton

Solveig and I set out to do a Montana overland adventure and we never actually ended up in Montana! Instead we ended up exploring Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks.

Bear spray was the catalyst that rerouted our adventure. It was such a blessing because we eventually had the hike of a lifetime (for us) in Yellowstone National Park. It gave me a whole new appreciation for hiking and backpacking, Solveig’s absolute favorite outdoor activity. With that new appreciation, our outdoor lives are changed forever. Why? Because we can do outdoor activities together, without compromise. And when I really want to overland, I can!
