2. Tuk Tuk Time: Hop on a tuk tuk and let them know your destination: the Indian Immigration Office and then the Nepal Immigration Office in Kakarvitta (Mechi). Shared rides cost around ₹10 within India and NPR 30 in Nepal (Indian currency is accepted).
