T: I’ve got a delivery for you./I have a package for you.
A：Oh, is it heavy? Would you mind bringing it upstairs?/can you bring it upstairs please?/ Can you leave it at the front desk？
T: I’m afraid I can’t. The reception won’t let me up/I need you to sign for it.
A: Ok, I’ll meet you at the gate, I’ll be down in one minute.
T: Ok, I’ll see you downstairs. Please bring your photo ID.

T：Here you go. Alice
A：Thank you.
T: Yeah, if you could just sign here please.
A: okay. Here you go.

2. 快递驿站
T：Has my package arrived?
A：Yeah，I got a message that it had arrived.
T：is it at the pick-up station/locker/drop-off box?
A: Yes. You can go and pick it up.
T: How do I get it out?
A: Just enter the pick-up number or scan the code, the door will pop open.
T: what if we don’t pick it up? will it be left there?

A: I don’t know. maybe a week. uncollected items may be returned to the sender or destroyed.

T：We have a delivery coming today and I’m so excited.
A: See，a truck is coming this way. It must be the delivery man.
