My 2nd ever meditation is for Litha! I know different people pronounce it differently – this is how I say it, so please bear with me if that’s not how you like it.

This includes relaxation, grounding/centering, protection, and travel to a peaceful forest that hosts a litha celebration. Then i bring you back to awareness.

I’m not perfectly happy with the volume levels or the program that I used to record this. I might try something new next time. I must admit im a bit hasty when I get on a roll – I just want to get the content OUT! I even recorded this meditation twice because there was static on the first attempt.

I followed a similar formula to the Beltane meditation. I hope that doesn’t seem redundant, but at this point I’m still feeling things out creatively and spiritually in this space.

I am open to suggestions, ideas, requests, sound effects, and music!

As with the Beltane meditation, I tried to make this as general and non-denominational as possible. Hope you enjoy! Hopefully I'll do one for all the Sabbats, planets, and days of the week eventually.
