Resident evil 4. Part 9 - Bitores Méndez boss fight

Bitores Méndez was a Catholic priest who ran the church in Valdelobos, an isolated mountainous region of Spain, and chief of the local village. Méndez fell to the influence of bio-weapons developer and terrorist Osmund Saddler, who converted people to his cult as a means of control. Fr. Méndez led the initial hunt for USSTRATCOM agent Leon S. Kennedy, Ashley Graham, Dr. Luis Serra, and Ada Wong as they made their way through his village, but was ultimately killed, allowing the four to make their way into Salazar's castle. Some of Méndez's distinguishing characteristics included his imposing stature and trench coat, his artificial left eye, an extraordinary resistance to firearms, being fast and quiet enough despite his size to sneak up on Leon at least twice, and superhuman strength. He was also a fluent English L2 speaker, and collected academic writings for his personal library.
