Is this belt too high? Snowmobile belt stretch and Arctic Cat needle roller bearing on clutch

Changing the worn belt on an Arctic Cat snowmobile that appears to have stretched because of the wear. The belt is high on the secondary clutch. Rick explains the needle roller bearing inside the primary clutch and the importance of keeping it clean. Clean clutches are a must! Especially on this Mountain Cat.
