Can Constant Lights be used for a Fitness Photoshoot | GVM SD200D | Godox Litemons LA200D

In this video, we show how a 200w LED looks when shooting a fitness model. These items were sent out for me to test out, in return for a review. If you want super technical info- there are a few videos on YT that talk all about those technical things... I'm not that person, though. I'd rather see the items being used.
