First build of the season! The "splash pad" makes the Whale Tail easier AND harder

The Whale Tail is one of the most iconic features on Berm Peak, and now we're going to add a "splash pad" to it. This is basically a lily pad feature off to the left that you can opt to ride in between the lip and landing. On the one hand, the Splash Pad makes the Whale Tail easier to traverse, but on the other hand you need to jump over the entire structure in order to clear it normally!
