Ingredients
Mango -3
Kashmiri Chilli Powder -3 heaped tsp
Chilli Powder -1tsp
Asafoetida Powder -1 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Powder -2tsp
Salt -
Mustard Seeds -11/2tsp
Oil -80 ml or according to ur taste

Method
Wash and wipe mango well ..
Cut into small pieces .. Mix with salt and close the bowl ,let it rest ..
Then to the mango add asafoetida powder and fenugreek powder ..
Heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds ..
Now add chilli powder and mix well ..
Add this to the mango and mix well ..
Check the taste and adjust the taste accordingly ..
So the tasty mango pickle is ready ..
