2024 Subaru Crosstrek Off-Road Test: OEM Falken tires, OEM pressure, X-mode set to Dirt, and we drove in slowly to see how it would react! Add a little steering challenge; this was so easy for the new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! We can't wait to test the Crosstrek Wilderness on a more aggressive track!

For this year, the new Subaru Crosstrek got a tweak at its AWD system! This improved symmetrical AWD system responds quickly to changing surface and driving conditions!

All-wheel drive is standard, and the 2024 Crosstrek still has the generous 8.7 inches of ground clearance. Subaru has improved the AWD system to offer quicker response to changing surface and driving conditions. Subaru's X-Mode traction and driving mode technology can be used under 40 km/h.

X-MODE with Manually Selectable Hill Descent Control maximizes control on slippery surfaces and steep inclines. The Onyx and Limited versions receive the dual-mode X-MODE with Deep Snow and Mud settings function capable of overcoming even more varied conditions.
