Overall I do like the xtool d7w. I think it has a lot of good key features especially for someone who doesn’t want to spend a bunch of money on a scan tool and updates. Being able to have 3yrs of updates and then $99 a year after that is very affordable.

BUT service imo is everything and as I mention in the video it doesn’t matter how great a product is if the company isn’t providing great service.
