With Qubic, you can submit your proposal to get funded. Below are the steps on how to do this start to finish. Want to build something on Qubic or provide some useful service? Ask the protocol to fund your efforts and submit it for the chain validators to vote on.

** Running the Command Prompt in Admin Mode is not required **

1: Write Your Proposal

2: Post the Proposal to GitHub
Prompt to use for ChatGPT. You can use any link of a successful proposal as an example for formatting:
“Create .md file from the attached text. Using the example in the link as an example of how to visually format the document. Recreate originally provided text verbatim. Provide as a file.

3: Join the official Qubic Discord. The invite link:

4: Submit the Proposal for Voting
Download the CLI Client:

Point to the directory in the Command Prompt:
cd PATH TO CLI CLIENT
Example: cd C:\Users\retro\Downloads

Find a node IP addresses:

Test the CLI Tool:
qubic-cli.exe -nodeip ANYNODEIP -getcurrenttick
Example: qubic-cli.exe -nodeip 45.152.160.28 -getcurrenttick

Build the Command to Submit Proposal:
qubic-cli -seed YOURSEED -nodeip ANYNODEIP -ccfsetproposal "Transfer|2:YOUR_PUBLIC_KEY,AMOUNT|GITHUB_PROPOSAL_LINK
Example:
qubic-cli -seed lkfvljkerfglkenrlvfgjknejkrnfergfjkqehfrrhqjklbfgvbereh -nodeip 45.152.160.28 -ccfsetproposal "Transfer|2:TQLNOTPKDPLINBPALQHAOJVWHXSBFXTNGEVOVSNHEKFDLUVYGIDYDHJEJSDG,18000000000|https://github.com/retrodrive1/qubic-..."

Note:
Some are rightfully concerned about providing private key/seed of the wallet. This seed is to pay 1m QUBIC fee to the network for publishing the proposal.
I suggest making a separate wallet with 1m QUBIC in it and using the seed from that wallet. This way if it is somehow exposed, it is empty.
The public address can be from a different wallet, where you want to receive the funds from the proposal.
