Does waiting a long time for hip surgery matter?

A research paper from Edinburgh has just been published in the Bone and Joint Journal. It showed that waiting more than 6 months for surgery has a significant effect on your wellbeing and makes it more likely that you will become frail.

It's important that you try to keep as fit and as healthy as you can whilst you are waiting for your surgery, and in this video, I will tell you about some of things that you can do to help.
