I Was WRONG about Sparkle

I Was WRONG about Sparkle in Honkai Star Rail. She is potentially one of the strongest offensive supports in the game, with the capability of managing the skill points and buffs for both a hyper carry & dual-DPS team!

Sparkle is the first 5-star Quantum Harmony character arriving at the end of v2.0 in Honkai Star Rail and she's immense crit damage boost to the table! Similar to Bronya, Sparkle (Hanabi) takes advantage of advancing any ally forward by 50% in order to get them as many attacks as possible in a single turn. The damage output is projected to scale for important characters like Seele, Qingque, and especially Imbibitor Lunae-Dan Heng (DHIL). This is amazing for very specific characters in the game, and still useful for others, but is she better than Ruan Mei?. The meta has been slowly shifting away from pure Hypercarry these last few patches, but it looks like Sparkle is trying to make sure Hypercarry stays on top.

Sparkle, as a new 5-star Harmony character does everything any aggressive player would want, but can she be useful for other DPS characters like Dr. Ratio, Himeko, and Topaz/ Is it worth skipping Sparkle/Hanabi for Acheron if you're F2P?
