AUST EEE DAY FALL '17 Stage Drama "THE SHOWOFF"

The stage drama "The Showoff", written by Ahmed Ishmam Chowdhury tells the story about a boy Khoka, (portrayed by Tanvir Alam) who comes to big city leaving his Father (portrayed by Saif) and mother (portrayed by Fabliha) in search of higher education but is amazed by the glamor here. He then gets charmed by an oversmart girl Suzana, (portrayed by Sharika) who loves taking her photos clicked by the university photographer Rony (portrayed by Sakib). Their negligience to study and ignorance makes their friend Polly (portrayed by Maheer) senty. Khoka mistakes the university "famous" showoff guy Monty (Portrayed by Ishmam) for a beggar from his behavior and then asks for advice as he finds girls being friendly towards Monty but gets harshly ignored. He proposes to Suzana but gets rejected and out of sadness he flees. One day while gossiping, Suzana hears rumors that Monty had been faking with her and that he'd insulted her from a friend Munni (Portrayed by Raisa). Outraged, she and the other victim Malika (portrayed by Mim) slap Monty, who had no clue about anything. Being sad and heartbroken, Monty flees to Turkey. A few years later, we see that Monty, who shows off his fakeness, is actually a chauffeur, who works for a Black dude (Portrayed by Rafi).
