Another in my Hidden Layers of a Dress Video! It's a Get Ready With Me, except I also talk about the construction of this 1899-1809 (different sources say different things) Skirt, and Ballroom Bodice.

The original skirt was made by Callot Soeurs, a design house in Paris from the turn of the century, likely designed by Hector Guimard for his wife, Adeline Guimard.
