Today, we made it to the end of the road in Flamingo, and researched and planned for our kayaking adventure to happen! We will leave in the morning.

We are Stick the Eagle (“Stick” for short) and in 2024 we thru hiked the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Katahdin in 146 days. It was an incredible journey, where we strengthened self, each other, and our connection to the wilderness. But now we are on a different journey, to where God calls us to be in this moment. We have returned from a trip to Antarctica as we work to continue our “bucket list” of adventures. Both in an effort to embrace the present moment where I have been called to serve, as well as a preparation for the future that lies somewhere unrevealed, I bring you along on my continued journey and exploration today.
