Budget Aura Stacker Glacial Cascade Scion

Here is a look at my attempt of a aura stacker on a really strict budget. I think this performed decently for the price and I learned some new tech with guardians blessing in combination with herald of purity which I quite like. This build completed 5/7 ubers failing uber exarch(30% hp left) & uber sirus(11% hp left). Pretty happy with this character for the price.
